If you are having trouble logging into FireArrest, you are not alone, in most cases it is easy to resolve. This guide will walk you through a few quick checks to help you regain access and get you back to work without delay.

FireArrest works by assigning companies identifiers that are unique to each company. Therefore, it is important that your Company ID is correct otherwise your credentials will not work.
For example, for the company ‘ClockedIn Installations’ the Company ID is 302
If you are unsure on what your Company ID is, then please refer to the initial email you received from FireArrest with your credentials. If this cannot be found, then please contact your administration.
Forgetting your credentials happens to everyone. This is why they are easy to obtain if they have been forgotten. The credentials can be found in the original creation email sent when your account was created. If you cannot find this then don’t panic! If contact your administration, they will be able to provide a password for you.
If you’ve checked your login details and the Company ID is correct, it is worth confirming that your account has been created. Please speak to your administration to make sure your FireArrest user profile has been created.
