Project Audit

The project audit tracks all changes made to individual projects within FireArrest. Whether it is editing details, assigning operatives, uploading documents or updating statuses. This audit gives you an overview of how a project has evolved over time.

What the project audit shows?

The project audit provides a detailed log of every change made to a project throughout its lifecycle. This includes:

  • Who made the change.
  • What was changed (e.g. project status, project documentation etc).
  • When the change occurred (date and time).
  • Additional details related to the change, such as removed documents, updated fields or added attachments.
Steps to filter an audit​
  • From the admin centre, select audit trail.
  • Select Project audit.
  • (Optional) Select from date.
  • (Optional) Select to date.
  • (Optional) Select by whom.
  • (Optional) Select action
  • Select Search.

Now the desired information will be displayed in the project audit area.

Why it matters?

The project audit allows you to support your compliance as it provides a level of transparency, accountability and control over the actions your administrators and operatives have. Whether you are reviewing who updated site details, or tracking project edits, the audit ensures that every change is recorded.
