Accessing the User Management Area
- On the Admin Centre, select admin.
- Select User Management.
- Select Operative/Admin.
- Now will be a list of all your users with the contact details and role displayed along side them.

Adding a New User
- From the Operative/Admin area, select Add user in the top right corner
- Input their first name
- Input their last name
- Input their contact phone number
This is not a compulsory field
5. Input their email address.
This is how they will receive their user information and credentials and will be prompted to install the FireArrest app.
6. Assign a password to the user
7. Select the role for the user
An operative will only have access to the mobile app whereas an admin will have access to only the dashboard. If you would like the user to have access to both then please select both checkboxes.
8. Select Submit
The new user will receive the email with all of the information within a few hours of the account being corrected.
Inactivating a User
If a user is no longer needed, then they can be inactivated from the system. This will be that the user will no longer be able to access the app or the dashboard.
All work completed by this user will still be visible and accessible via the dashboard.
- From the Admin Centre select Admin.
- In the admin area, select user management and then Operative/Admin.
- Locate the desired user.
- Select the archive button from the action area.
- Select Yes.
The user will now be moved into the In-Active tab where they can be reactivated if required.
In-active users will not count against your paid for user count. However, you will not be able to reactivate that user if you have already exceeded your allocated amount.
