How to reopen a drawing plan
If a drawing has been marked as complete but further work or edits are needed, you can reopen it from the FireArrest dashboard. Reopening a drawing allows you to place new pins or update existing ones without starting from scratch. This guide will show you how to reopen a drawing and continue working where you left off.

Steps to reopen a drawing plan
- From the Admin Centre, select Clients/Projects.
- Select projects.
- Select the desired project.
- Locate the desired drawing plan.
From this point, there are two options for how to reopen the drawing plan. Option 1 is to reopen the plan globally for every operative assigned or option 2 is to reopen the plan individually.
- Select the relevant reopen option.
- (Option 2) Select the relevant operatives.
- (Option 2) Select Open
- Select Yes.
The drawing plan will now be accessible on the app again and all changes to pins/drawing plans will be recorded.
