How to force sync your FireArrest data
Keeping your data up to date Is key to making sure everything runs smoothly. Syncing in the FireArrest app ensures that all your latest work is safely uploaded and visible on the dashboard. This guide will show you how to manually sync your data.

Steps syncing your FireArrest data
Please be aware that you must be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data.
There are multiple ways to sync your data on the FireArrest app, the most common way is to sync your data directly from the drawing plan.
- Log in to the FireArrest app.
- Select Clients.
- Select the desired client.
- Select the desired project.
- Select the desired drawing.
- Select the plus icon in the bottom right.
- Select sync.
A FireArrest logo will be displayed and once this has disappeared from the screen the sync has taken place.
Other alternative steps to syncing your FireArrest data
If you would like to make sure that all your FireArrest data has been synced, then this can be done via the home page on the FireArrest app.
- Log in to the FireArrest app
- Select Sync Data button
Once this has been selected, leave your mobile device open on the FireArrest for a couple minutes to ensure that all the data has been transferred.
