Form Audit
The Form audit shows every change made to forms in the FireArrest dashboard. It tracks when a form is created, updated or deleted and it also tracks individual changes to questions. You can see who made the change, what was affected and when it occurred. This help you stay in control of how forms are managed.

Why it matters?
The Form audit helps to maintain integrity as it provides a full history of changes, so you always know who made updates, what was changes and when it happened. This is especially important when multiple admins are working across different projects, as it reduces confusion and supports consistent, accurate data collection. It also gives you a reliable audit trail, which is useful for reviewing mistakes, checking compliance, or understanding how your forms have evolved over time.
