Fire Rating
The Fire Rating feature in FireArrest allows you to set up and manage different fire rating types, which can then be selected within the mobile app. This helps ensure consistent, accurate reporting of the level of fire resistance used on each installation. This guide will show you how to add and manage fire ratings, so they are available for operatives to use on site.

Steps to Adding a Fire Rating
- From the Admin Centre, select admin.
- Select Fire Rating.
- Select add Fire Rating.
- Enter Fire Rating.
- Select Submit.
Multiple fire ratings can be added at one moment if the green plus button is selected.
The fire rating(s) you have just added will now be visible in the list displayed.
Steps to Editing a Fire Rating
- From the Admin Centre, select Admin.
- Select Fire rating.
- Locate the desired fire rating.
- Select edit button in the action area.
- Edit the fire rating.
- Select submit.
Steps to Deleting a Fire Rating
- From the Admin Centre, select admin.
- Select Fire rating.
- Locate the desired fire rating.
- Select the delete button in the action area.
- Select Yes.
Please be aware that the fire rating will be removed from any drawings that have not been completed. To ensure that this does not occur, please either edit the Fire Rating or complete the drawing. Learn more… How to complete a drawing
