Deleting a Form

If a form is no longer needed or was created in error, you can delete it from the FireArrest Admin Centre. Deleting a form will remove it entirely from the system, including any records linked to it. This guide will show you how to delete a form safely and what to consider before doing so.

Steps to Deleting a Form
  1. From the Admin Centre, select forms
  2. Locate the desired form
  3. Select the delete button in the action area.

Please be aware that this will remove the form from any companies it may be assigned to and any pins that have not had the form submitted on.

     4. Select Yes

The form will now be permanently deleted as there is no way to restore the form. Any form that has been submitted on an existing saved pin will not be affected by this. However, any form that is saved or on any pin that has yet to be saved will be affected and the work will be lost.
