Drawing Pin Audit

The Drawing Pin audit gives you a detailed view of any changes made to individual pins across your project drawings for any client. It tracks when a pin has been added, edited or deleted, giving you full visibility of activity on each pin. This helps you monitor progress, identity changes and maintain a clear audit trail for every action taken on site.

Why it matters?

The Drawing Pin Audit ensures that every action taken on a project drawing is recorded and traceable. Whether a pin is added, a form has been completed or a pin has been deleted, you have a clear history of who did what and when. This supports accountability across your teams and gives you the confidence you need to back you records, especially when audit time comes around.
