Client Audit

The client audit allows you to track any changes made to client-related information within FireArrest. This includes updates to client details, custom materials and service types. It is a useful tool for maintaining accountability and visibility across your client records. This guide explains how to view and interpret the client audit log from the admin centre.

What this audit shows?

The client audit provides a detailed log of administrative activity across your FireArrest account. Each entry captures:

    • The User who the made the change.
    • The action they performed (e.g. enabling custom service type costings etc).
    • The area affected (e.g. the client affected etc).
    • The Timestamp of when the action occurred.
Steps to filter an audit
  1. From the admin centre, select audit trail.
  2. Select client audit.
  3. (Optional) Select from date.
  4. (Optional) Select to date.
  5. (Optional) Select by Whom.
  6. (Optional) Select Action type.
  7. Select search.
