Assigning an Operative

Assigning operatives to the correct project ensures they have access to the forms, installation guides, and information needed for their work onsite. This guide will show you how to link operatives to specific projects through the FireArrest dashboard, so they can complete tasks accurately and without delays.

Assigning an Operative

Once an operative has been created or is you have created a new project. It is vital that you assign operatives to the project in order for them to begin their work onsite.

  1. From the Admin Centre, select clients/projects.
  2. Select projects.
  3. Locate the desired project and select edit.

Please note that an operative(s) can be assigned to a project during the creation stage and that it does not need to be already created for an operative to be added.

      4. Select the operative for project dropdown.

      5. Choose the operative(s) that you wish to be assigned to this project.

      6. Select Save.

If creating a new project, then please continue filling out the relevant information before selecting save.

Each operative will now be able to view the project on their app and begin their work. They will each be given an individual letter on a pin.
