Email Audit
The Email Audit tracks all internal emails sent by operatives through the FireArrest app to administrators. These emails are used to report issues or raise queries while on site. The audit records when the message was sent, which pin it relates to, and includes the subject and description written by the operative. It also shows any actions taken by administrators on the dashboard, such as forwarding the message for follow-up. While replies aren’t sent directly through FireArrest, this audit helps ensure all operative feedback is seen, tracked, and actioned where necessary.

Why it matters?
The email audit helps to ensure that communication between operatives and administrators is visible, traceable and taken seriously. It provides a clear record of on-site queries, making it easier to track reported issues and confirm that appropriate follow-up has taken place. This not only improves accountability, but also supports a faster response to problems, reduces the chance of missed messages, and helps maintain a reliable workflow between field teams and the office.
