How to Archive a Client
If you are no longer working with a client but want to keep their data for reference, you can archive them in FireArrest. Archiving removes the client from your active list without deleting any linked projects, forms or records. This guide will show you how to archive a client and keep your workspace focused on current work.

Steps to archive a client
- From the Admin Centre, select clients/projects
- Select clients
- Locate the desired client
- Select the archive button in the action area
- Select Yes
Please be aware that all projects must be closed in order to archive a client. Please refer to… how to close a project.
The client will now be displayed in the archived area. They can be restored at any time and all historical data will be available to be restored.
